The Team

ScoutOut is founded by Coen Esser, Michael Maasdam, Bart Meenink and Vincent Wegener. During their studies (International) Business Administration at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam they participated/encountered the International Business Study www.ibsresearch.nl.

In the summer of 2006 Brazil was visited and this experience, combined with enthusiasm and knowledge of running such a project, the idea evolved to continue an independent company.
